RETURN POLICY/ SHIPPING

RETURN POLICY 

Returns are eligible for full refund only within 14 days of delivery date. Returns past 14 days will not be accepted. Returns will be given in the original form of payment only. Tags Must be attached to the item. If it is not, it will not be accepted for a return. We do not accept exchanges at this point in time. To complete your return your packing slip is required. You will be responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non refundable.

Items that have not been worn or washed

Items with original tags still ATTACHED to the item in its original form

Items without make-up or deodorant stains

Items not purchased during a sale

Items that do not smell of perfume

DAMAGED ITEMS: Must be reported to us within 3 days of receiving your items. Please contact us at Lynnandlace@outlook.com

* Once your item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return item. Please allow 3-5 business days for the inspection process upon receiving your returned items. We will notify you of approval or rejection of your refund. 

ALL SALE ITEMS WILL BE FINAL SALE.

ALL JEWLRY, ACESSORIES, BODYSUITS AND SWIMWEAR PURCHASES WILL BE FINAL SALE!

SHIPPING POLICY 

Orders will be processed within 2-5 days of receiving. Once orders are placed they cannot be cancelled! Please double check your shipping address! Once your order is shipped, you will be charged for us to ship it the second time if you entered the wrong address. 

**WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR PACKAGES LOST/STOLEN IN TRANSIT. IF YOUR PACKAGE IS LOST IN TRANSIT YOU WILL NEED TO FILE A CLAIM WITH THE POST OFFICE.
